I am currently a Phd student in Machine learning at Leiden University with dr. Tim van Erven. My main research interests are Online Learning, adaptive methods in Online Learning, Statistical Learning Theory, and Football prediction. My personal interests include playing football (either at my club RKAVV or with Mathletico), prediction of profesional football games, bouldering, and watching movies. The picture on top of this page shows me being very proud after presenting my first paper, together with my coauthors Tim van Erven (left, also my supervisor) and Wojciech Kotłowski. Something that perhaps tells you a lot about me is that I spend way to much time aligning Tim's hand with "Phd student" on the front page.
